APPLICATION
Product Description:It has physiological inertia, good chemical stability, electric edge and weather resistance, wide viscosity range, low setting point,high flash point, good hydrophobic performance, and has a high shear resistance, can be used in 50~180oC temperature.
Application fields:
Cosmetics:The combination of low application, surface tension, easy spreading and suitable viscosity gives personal care products a lubricated, greasy feeling and makes the skin soft. It has the function of suppressing foam, defoaming and anti-foaming to prevent the "whitening" phenomenon when applying the product. Different products need to choose different viscosity, the higher the viscosity, the more oily, the lower the viscosity gives the skin a cool feeling. Due to its deposition, it is used in low quantities in cosmetic formulations. The characteristics of the product can be adjusted by using polydimethylsiloxanes with different viscosity grades.
Electrical products:Electronic connectors in electrical and electronic industry.
Leather products:It can be used for fiber, leather: hydrophobic agent, softener, feel improver, dyeing industry defoamer, sewing thread lubrication. The emulsion can be applied to the fatening of leather, thereby enhancing the hydrophobicity, softness and comfort of leather. It is used to treat leather surfaces to enhance wear resistance, water resistance and mold release.
Brightener:Suitable for use as brightener ingredients for automobiles, furniture, footwear, cement products, etc., including automobile brightener, foam furniture cleaner, ethylene roof cleaner, building materials bright formula, with the least amount can achieve the best effect.
Release agent:Can be used as rubber or plastic products (brake, screw, plug, etc.), EVA shoe material release agent, directly or dilute 10-200 times with low hardness water, the product is efficient, stable, and widely used.
Lubricant:A lubricant used in extruding rubber products such as conveyor belts. It can be used as a lubricant for the following textile processes: yarn weaving, sewing thread lubrication, sock and underwear production, sewing needle lubrication, glass fiber filter
